Who We Are
Rebecca Dysart Clements – Attorney
Rebecca serves as an attorney at Titus Smith handling personal injury matters. She graduated from the Georgia State University College of Law, where she received the Excellence for the Future Award in Research, Writing and Advocacy. Prior to law school, Rebecca graduated from The Walker School in Marietta, GA and attended the University of Georgia, where she helped establish the college’s first mock trial team, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Honors Program in 2005.
Rebecca handles high stakes litigation for a variety of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle and tractor trailer wrecks, premises liability cases, and catastrophic matters. A natural leader, Rebecca is heavily involved in leading significant litigation matters from the inception of a case through resolution with tact and poise. She is prepared for any scenario throughout the litigation process.
She is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and a registered civil mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.
Rebecca lives in East Cobb with her husband, Isaac and two daughters, Ansley and Emerson. They are active members of Johnson Ferry Church.
